A Himachali dance during a festival in the Lahaul regionThe confluence of two rivers Chandra and Bhaga at Tandi in Lahaul which join at this point to flow as Chandrabhaga river. Also called Chenab river from this point onwards by some. Both the rivers originate around the Baralacha La (pass) which at 15486 feet is the gateway between Lahaul and Ladakh regions. The chenab river is approximately 1200 km long though in Lahaul it flows only for about 120 kms and then flows into Kashmir and Pakistan and ends its journey into the Arabian Sea.

Yes Kusum the place is indeed so beautiful that even a novice like me taking the pictures with an ordinary camera gets good results.
